FrostSMP Terms of Service

By purchasing any item from the FrostSMP Store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Virtual Goods

All items sold are digital / virtual goods for use on FrostSMP only.

They have:

• no real-world monetary value
• no ownership rights outside FrostSMP
• no guarantee of permanent availability

Payments are securely processed through our payment providers.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to use the payment method
• the payment information provided is accurate
• fraudulent payments are prohibited

Unless required by applicable law, all sales are final.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• bans
• mutes
• chargebacks
• accidental purchases
• server closure or gameplay changes

Chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from FrostSMP.

Purchasing items does not exempt any player from server rules.

Rule violations may result in:

• warnings
• temporary suspension
• permanent bans

No refund will be provided in such cases.

FrostSMP may modify store items, pricing, perks, or gameplay at any time without prior notice.
